Data and source
The Start a Project form may collect your name, work email, company, country or time zone, project type and goals, website, indicative budget, currency and timing. If present, locale, landing URL, referrer and UTM source, medium and campaign are stored with the enquiry without setting marketing cookies. The system retains HMAC values rather than clear IP addresses for abuse prevention, plus a one-way user-agent value, submission timing and security events.
Purposes and legal bases
Information is used to assess and respond to a request you initiated, take steps at your request before a possible contract, maintain service security and prevent spam. Depending on the context, processing relies on pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests in secure operations and correspondence, and obligations under applicable law. Submitting a brief does not create a contract or order.
Recipients, location and transfers
Access is limited to the operator and authorised administrators who need it. Production hosting, database and email infrastructure are provided by Hosting Ukraine LLC. The service is operated from Ukraine; the provider states that processing may also occur in Ukraine and other countries through its infrastructure and suppliers. Data is not sold and is not sent to advertising, analytics or CRM platforms.
Retention and security
Project enquiries are retained for up to 12 months. Spam or rejected records may be deleted after 30 days; technical security logs after 90 days. Personal fields are encrypted at rest, access is controlled with MFA, and transport uses HTTPS/TLS. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability and may complain to a competent authority. Write to privacy@zrostera.com. We may request proportionate identity verification before acting. This notice may be updated when processing changes.
